- The information contained in this website is for general guidance on matters of health interest only. Shoreside Physio is not responsible for any errors or omissions, or for the results obtained from the use of this information.
- Patients may be expected to remove certain items of clothing to allow for a detailed musculoskeletal assessment. Patients are entitled to bring a chaperone if they so wish to.
- All Shoreside Physio physiotherapists are insured through their respective insurance companies.
- All fees are due at the time of service. Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) or Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plans by Medicare will subside a portion of the fee for treatment. Shoreside Physio does not provide bulk billing.
- Cancellation Policy: Please ensure you notify Shoreside Physio if you wish to cancel or change your appointment time 24 hours prior. A late cancellation fee of $50.00 AUD will apply for appointments cancelled within 24 hours’ notice without valid reason provided.
